Prof. Michael Nyong is Professor of Economics and Director of Research, Department of Economics, University of Calabar, Nigeria. 11. Years with the organization: 30 years 12. Key qualifications (relevant to the assignment). Has excellent academic training and work experience in the use of economic theory and quantitative methods particularly operations research and econometric techniques in macroeconomic modeling and forecasting as well as data analysis. This is particularly true of projects sponsored by Debt Management Office (DMO)Nigeria,Federal Ministry of Finance (FMF) and the National Planning Commission (NPC), Abuja, Nigeria. These assertions are exemplified in the following specific experiences: 1990-1992: Consultant to UNDP/World Bank as coordinator of SAATA UNDP Macroeconomic Management Programme attached to African Centre for Monetary Studies(ACMS) Dakar, Senegal. 1996-1998: member of the economic advisory team attached to Minister of Finance,Nigeria and the development of medium scale macroeconomic model. 2002-2004: Macroeconomic Consultant for Debt Management Office,Presidency, Nigeria. 2007-2009: Consultant for National Planning Commission (NPC) for building a macro economic model for the 5th National Development Plan 2009-2013. 2009: Member of Nigeria Vision 20:2020 2014: Consultant to Federal Ministry of Finance for the development of Macroeconomic model for fiscal policy and Forecasting.

Dr. Godwin Etta ODOK

Dr. Godwin Etta Odok works in addressing poverty, inequality and promoting environmental and social justice through research, teaching, and community service. His research and teaching interests coalesce in probing the status of social capital in enabling transformative actions for vulnerable peoples’ groups adapt to burdens and benefits of global environmental and cultural change. Godwin holds a Ph.D in Sociology (University of Ibadan, Nigeria); Law Diploma (University of Jos, Nigeria), and Certificate in ‘Integrated Approaches to Sustainable Development Practice’ (The Earth Institute at Columbia University, USA). Godwin has participated in several local and international conferences/workshops, including the 2012 International Sociological Association (ISA) Ph.D Students’ Laboratory in Taipei, Taiwan, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Sociology, University of South Africa. Godwin currently serves as the Managing Editor of FUWukari Journal of Social Sciences (ISSN: 1095-537X) published by the Faculty of Social Sciences, Federal University Wukari-Nigeria; FUWukari International Journal of Sociology and Development (ISSN: 2714-285X) published by the Department of Sociology, Federal University Wukari-Nigeria; Consulting Editor: The Journal of Men’s Studies (ISSN: 1060-8265) published by SAGE Publications Inc., USA. Samson Adeniyi Aladejare

Samson Adeniyi Aladejare, PhD is a Lecturer at the Department of Economics, Federal University Wukari, Taraba State. He received his B.Sc. in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria; and MSc and PhD in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has published extensively in both local and highly revered international journals. Dr. Samson is also a reviewer to many international publishers such as Elsevier, Springers, Emerald, Thomson Reuters, etc. He has over a decade research experience in public sector economics, environmental economics, energy economics, and applied macroeconomics.

Ishaku, Rimamtanung Nyiputen PhD is a Lecturer at the Department of Economics, Federal University Wukari, Taraba State. He received his B.Sc. in Economics from University of Maiduguri, Borno State Nigeria; and MSc Monetary Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka Enugu State, Nigeria, He further obtained another M.sc and Ph.D Economics in University of Calabar, Calabar Cross River State Nigeria. He has published extensively in both local and highly reputable international journals. Dr. Ishaku is also a reviewer to many international publishers such as international journal of research and innovative research (IJRISS) ISSN:24564-6186, International journal of multidisciplinary Innovative Research(ijmir) ISSN:2583-0228, etc. He has over a decade research experience in public sector economics, environmental economics, monetary economics, and applied macroeconomics.
